Cancellation Policy:

At least 24-hour notice must be given to cancel or change any reservation.

Cancellations or adjustments to a reservation may be requested during normal business in person or by emailing golfshop@eagleridgegolfcourse.com.  Changes may not be made on the website.  

If the cancellation or adjustment is not made within 24 hours of the reservation, the person booking the reservation is responsible for all applicable charges.     

Any online pre-paid reservation can be canceled for a full refund prior to 24 hours from the reservation time by submitting an online refund request.  

Any online pre-paid reservation that is not canceled within 24 hours will be subject to the full forfeiture of the credit card charge. Online reservations booked for the same day cannot be changed or canceled and are subject to the full forfeiture of credit card charge. 

During inclement weather or course-closed conditions, cancellations or adjustments will be accepted until the time of scheduled play. Rain itself may not indicate the course’s closing.
