Policies

~ Reservations are available 14 days in advance.

~ Please cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to avoid a charge.

~ Plan to check in at least 20 minutes prior to your tee time.

~ Dress Code: Men must wear collared shirts. Women must wear shirts with a collar or sleeves. No denim, cut-offs, tank tops, swimsuits, or metal spikes, please.

~ We do accept reservations for single players.

~Cancellation Policy: At least 24-hour notice must be given to cancel or change any reservation.

Cancellations or adjustments to a reservation may be requested during normal business in person or by emailing golfshop@eagleridgegolfcourse.com.  Changes may not be made on the website.  

If the cancellation or adjustment is not made within 24 hours of the reservation, the person booking the reservation is responsible for all applicable charges.     

Any online pre-paid reservation can be canceled for a full refund prior to 24 hours from the reservation time by submitting an online refund request.  

Any online pre-paid reservation that is not canceled within 24 hours will be subject to the full forfeiture of the credit card charge. Online reservations booked for the same day cannot be changed or canceled and are subject to the full forfeiture of credit card charge. 

During inclement weather or course-closed conditions, cancellations or adjustments will be accepted until the time of scheduled play. The rain itself may not indicate the closing of the course. 

~ Cart Policy: Carts are generally 90 degrees to your ball unless otherwise indicated by the hole or conditions like rain.

~ Carts must be returned to the clubhouse 15 minutes before official sunset time.

~ Customers must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license to drive carts.

~ Carts are included with all fees

~ Walking is permitted.

~ Green fees include a “shared cart.” Should a customer require an individual cart, there will be an $18 charge per person.

~ Youth on Course: YOC is allowed anytime after 3 pm seven days a week. Learn more Here.
